If you spend time drawing/playing osu equally, then get the Wacom.
If you just draw every once in a while and play osu more then get the other one
(even though that looks like it's going to break within three weeks of using it but your call)

get the intuos, it's an investment, not just a crappy money saver like the other one
i cant think of anything better than an intuos so

The first one seems not suited for Osu gameplay after reading a few reviews.
Second is a better choice.
