[web] Allow to see the star difficulty on Beatmap Listing

This allow you to see the star difficulty when you hover you pointer to the specific difficulty of a beatmap on the Listing
I don't know if it's possible but I want this to be added for convenience

This is how it looks like (it is similar how you hover you pointer on your ranking graph)

with the whole international game thing, i thnk a lot of people would appreciate being able to do this without spending a not insignificant amount of time checking the maps pages individually. Lots of countries have bad internet and a simple thing like this could save a lot of time and bandwidth in the long run.. especially considering right now just to check all the star diffs on a single spread you're looking at 4+ page loads.

Besides, it's convenient.
