the new BPM section at 37,936 is off, I THINK. I know, it's a pretty close observation, but I'm pretty sure it's off, if you remove it, it's not on a correct beat, the objects become unsnapped, thus creating a new offset, which screws around with the rest of those other/original offsets.
Fix this "somehow," maybe change the offset to 37,940 (which is the correct one). this is probably caused by a previous change in the original.
eeedit2: Real1's post may help, that, or it may mess it up more :-/

I am getting offset of 477ms. I recently adjusted my UO so Cyclone's maps were perfect, and that is my standard going forward. Certainly stay within +/- 5ms of 477. As it is now the hits are too early.

The spinning cash symbol is disorienting. Please change it. (at least reduce the contrast). I'd go for something completely different. Giant spinning symbols are always a bad idea.

Try to avoid overlapping hit objects within the same stanza. Even medium level players can get quite confused on these. These are fine and fair game on the harder difficulties.

The map is basically ready to go, and it's a good map. Starred-> ミ☆

Fixed timing for Larto's diff. (Used base of 440ms. I have shifted *all* sections +37ms to use 477). Any further adjustments should be done the same way, since Larto is using *many* non inherited sections.

Uh, the offset for the mp3 that it was changed to. It doesn't need a new one.

Snap inherited timing sections. That is, move them all 60ms forward.

(After double checking *again* I am confident in my offset of 477), but by all means, someone get a 3rd opinion.

Did my own check on offset, got 479.

You should make the uninherited timing section have normal hitsounds and remove the first timing section.
Besides that, the diff is fine.

Hard:

To say the least, this song is not something I want to listen to again sometime soon.
Besides that, the map is fine. Just fix the little minor things and get a final offset, and then I will consider giving a p-bubble.

Edit: As I promised, I checked the timing again, I am getting 475 and 479 depending on what part of the song, so I guess the current BPM is fine. The only thing I notice now is that you forgot to move all the other timing sections in Larto's diff.
Fix that and I'll p-bubble.
