Can the client do what the website does?

This could be done by adding it into the userpanel, simply shown as ☆#.## getting the same star information from that page I linked.
Mspaint mockup that can be done a lot more elegantly (Did this with a laptop tracpad in an airport, no time to be fancy), possibly the PP display could just get replaced with stars?! who knows.
I was thinking of it also being a sort/group filter options, but I can't really specify how this could be done.
I'm sorry; I don't know if this is supporter only or if it would cause server stress, but I feel this would resolve a lot of issues for players.
