I find that sometimes there are BPM changes during a break but the mapper doesn't bother to readjust the BPM during the section because of the fact that it's a break. This is usually fine, but as a person that plays with the NC mod, the beat sounds odd and it throws off my rhythm a bit. It would be a really simple requirement to have to always map BPM changes.

If this rule gets added I won't need to time those weird breaks in my guest diffs anymore. Currently, there are a handful of mappers that don't believe timing breaks is necessary so I have taiko bars doing all sorts of weird things when I initially start a taiko guest diff based off the map creator's timings.

I agree on everything shall be timed to fit NC and the osu! logo in song select/menu. Anyway this has a one complication, breaks are sometimes used on weird parts which simply cannot be mapped and it would take a long time to time it (e.g. live-play piano or acoustic guitar)
