ok so... do you need to warm up before you begin to do what you could do the day before?

I'm doing great at like 3am (i only seem to have control over my pen at that time lol) then il sleep.. come 2pm the next day i cant even pass something i got 97% acc on a mere 11 hours before hand. This happens everyday, il play in the morning (not 3am i consider that late night) and il be sht, rubbish like my hand will shake.. after 2 hours il stop.. wont play till say 12pm then from 12pm-3 i for some reason play really well, its not even compareable to how i played earlier.. i dont want to have to play for 2-3 hours JUST to get back to where i was the day before.. I dont get it..
when i say my hand is shaking i guess its like say, you lift 20k at 3am comfortably then the next day cant even lift 12k without shaking.. you would think my hand would be used to my pen by now but it just isnt. (also if i dont play till 12pm im not suddenly good either, i need to play for at least 2-3 hours throughout the day to get to a decent point)
