I've got 20maps 100-140pp and only 2,100pp, many ppl with ~~14k rank have less than 10maps with 100+pp for example https://osu.ppy.sh/u/3004723 why they got more pp then I. is it bug?
Your amount of 70-90pp plays are significantly lower. <100pp plays really add up.
Anything above 60pp currently will give you pp whereas the user you quoted would require plays above 70pp to see any improvement. (Check your highest weighted 0% pp score).
30-40 extra 70-90pp places kinda outweighs ~8 100pp plays unfortunately.
