[Archived] CTRL-R makes song louder during fade to black

Problem Details:

When you quick retry a song, for a brief moment it becomes louder. It's quite noticeable in maps like http://osu.ppy.sh/b/348605 or http://osu.ppy.sh/b/155929 and I'm pretty sure this hasn't been happening before.

I didn't hear any difference to be honest.
But maybe I didn't listen to it carefully.
Waiting for someone else's opinion.

The music is louder to me too.

I don't play with Osu's sound at its maximum, so I thought it was a bug that would put it back to 100%. But no. The sound is still higher, even with 100%. Something like 15 hours ago Peppy was working on a sound update, so, I noticed it immediately.
