What the F**k! Why the distance spacing is 2,0x ?! Please decrease it
why x2.0 ? cause it's a hard diff !!!! If you can't see by yourself why the spacing is larger on these parts, I can't do anything for you O.o ...

most of your nazi mod is "very nazi' :D, what you want me to "correct" is intentional,

That source seems way too big, reduce it to "Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto", put the rest in tags?
Consider making an easier difficulty; Normal is kinda borderline.

Why does the MP3 end in 15 seconds of silence? XD Cut that part out?

00:53:818 (1,2,3) - I found this an awkward place to start jumping to larger spacing; it was very unexpected. Waiting until kiai would have been better, the notes are farther apart on the timeline, giving the player more time to react, as well as kiai itself being a visual cue that this section would logically be harder.
01:05:437 (5,6,7) - Very tough. XD It can stay though.
01:59:733 (1,2,3) - Same thing as before.
03:24:874 (2,1) - ^, even more brutal here though, in my opinion. Even if you don't change the previous sections, consider making this note's spacing the shorter spacing.

no. I do not see this like that, because the voice become more powerfull here=>x2.0; and then chorus, so more and more powerfull => kiai ... I understand what you mean but I will keep this change of spacing. I want a change of spacing when there is a change of intensity

sorry, that sounds really odd to me !
I do not see any way to use normal hitsounds
but I guess what you pointed is that there should be "powerful" hitsounds during kiai parts
so I up the volume to 60%.

On the slowdown parts I think it's appropriate if the sliders exhibit the same behavior so maybe make 0.5x sections there?
