I'd say offset 105. It will always be a bit off with the singing because of the mp3.

Normal:
00:43:806 (1) - End this on the next white tick
01:17:597 (1) - End this on the previous white tick

Hard:
00:43:806 (1) - End this on the next white tick
01:17:597 (1) - End this on the previous white tick

I'd pubble if I was sure about the timing. I suggest you get someone else to confirm it.

Any source/tags?

normal:
00:43:806 (1) - don't start spinners on blue ticks unless needed so start it at 00:43:967

hard:
00:43:806 (1) - same spinner comment
01:51:387 (7) - sounds odd ending on blue tick might want to end it on white and add note at 01:52:032?

normal:
00:43:806 (1) - spinner is supposed to follow the vocal (so the note is the Str and the spinner the eeeeeet)

hard:
00:43:806 (1) - same reply on the spinner
01:51:387 (7) - fixed, didn't add a note though

Delete the .osb.
Bono's in the artists, so he's not necessary in the tags.
Change background colour to black?

[Normal]

Wow, nice. The only thing to fix are the inherited sections; they should be moved 1/2 or 1/4 before the note they should affect, such as 00:10:419. (otherwise hitting the notes early will trigger the hitsounds from the last section)

[Hard]

Same thing with the timing sections here.

00:10:419 (1,3) - Hm, could you bend one of these sliders differently, so that the repeat isn't partially covered up by the hitburst?
00:45:580 (1,2) - Move these down 2 ticks to center properly in play mode.
01:19:290 - Unused timing section.

This is awesome too. D:

Cool song. :) Poke me for a pubble after you look at this mod.

Delete the .osb. - osb is automatically created but it's empty so who cares :p

Change background colour to black? - what's the point? I have a background image

Wow, nice. The only thing to fix are the inherited sections; they should be moved 1/2 or 1/4 before the note they should affect, such as 00:10:419. (otherwise hitting the notes early will trigger the hitsounds from the last section) - they don't. That "bug" has been fixed.

Same thing with the timing sections here. - same thing as above

00:10:419 (1,3) - Hm, could you bend one of these sliders differently, so that the repeat isn't partially covered up by the hitburst? - changed the 3
00:45:580 (1,2) - Move these down 2 ticks to center properly in play mode. - it's centered... stacking settings change it
01:19:290 - Unused timing section. - fixed

thanks for modding

I just checked; the timing section issue hasn't been fully fixed.

With regards to the centering; the playfield was shifted to prevent offscreen notes. Unfortunately, that means the "spinner center", in play mode, is actually two grids below where the center appears to be in editor mode, resulting in weird-looking hitburst stacking if notes before/after spinners are placed directly at the center of the editor.

If you're adamant to leave it as-is, I'd be okay with pubbling still. :)

[Overall]

I'm with lesjuh about timing, sorry <_< Use offset 105 please, and resnap all notes.

Remove the .osb file from the folder and full submit. (Optional)

Nothing wrong really..

Just a suggestion though.
I think map sounds awesome with just soft samplesets only..
Up to you if you want to change it or not, I'd rank it after your reply.
