I just really need to know how i can fix/realign the numbers, and bar. And get rid of the star burst stuff.

Point #1 & #3 : Add "Version: 2" in Your skin.ini (Below Author line)

Point #2 : Use a 1x1 dimension (or blank) *.png file and replace star2.png inside Your skin folder
