Osu! Tablet not shipping?

I ordered my osu tablet a couple days ago and it hasnt gone anywhere in 3 days? Is this normal? What should I do?

This is the last shipping tracker I got and it hasnt gone anywhere since

Don't worry. It can take some time.

Took a few days for mine to arrive to the Netherlands.

I recieved an error email from them just now, after two weeks that they didn't add the proper w/e information on the package and it may be held up in my country's customs (even though it says in the tracking arrived in Singapore which isn't my country..) anyway they say i may need to pay an additional fee and contact the customs, srsly i don't even know what to do right now...
