One thing I have noticed is, that I'm pretty sure this is a remix of Yukari's theme "Necrofantasia", but the background you have currently doesn't have her in it, so it doesn't match. Consider changing this. 
Filesize is okay (11.8 MB) since there are storyboard elements
Timing seems fine
BG checks out
SB stuff looks okay to me, but a BAT will want to double check them because I'm not a storyboarding pro

-Add "Yukari Yakumo" to tags (this one is kind of optional I guess)
-Randy96 is right about the BG lacking Yukari, but I don't know if you'd want to change it at this point because you use the BG in part of your storyboard
-I'm a little iffy about the soft hitsounds...they're kind of hard to hear and Necrofantasia is a loud song a lot of the time. But you switched back and forth between soft and normal pretty nicely so it works for me, and the constant clap pattern and use of finishes are good.

-I had a little trouble with a couple small parts where I wasn't 100% sure what you were mapping to but then as I played on it became clearer to me. And I SS'd first try so I can't really complain.
Star for now, call me back or another MAT for a proto-bubble once you've thought about adding the tags and that Overall Difficulty on Normal.
