I want to add a skin for my beatmap.
But unfortunately my beatamp is already ranked.
I already ask a BAT, but can't help me.
Can you help me? Should I use full submission or ask a BAT again?

post a link to the map here, and upload a zip file of your skin elements and post that here, and I can take care of it at some point

Well.. Luigihann, you can do that thing, right? I have the same problem too. May I ask you to make it for me too? Only the cursor, not the whole skin.
