- HCI Village Cup 2 (HCI2) is a 1v1 osu! standard tournament for players that have a Vietnam flag on their profile
- The rank range of the tournament is #90,000-#999,999, with no rank buffer
- Top 3 of the first iteration of HCI are not allowed to participate in this iteration of the tournament (Festive Axolotl, MyWifeMiku and [-Ebgula-])
Every match in the tournament will be played using HeadToHead, ScoreV2, and NoFail are enforced on every map - Every player has to join the tournament discord server before registrations end
- Top 16 players with the best Qualifiers results will qualify for the Bracket Stage, playing in the Double Elimination format (with bracket reset), starting at Round of 16
- All times listed on the Main Sheet are using UTC+7 Timezone (Vietnam Timezone)
- Players must be in rank range when registrations end, any player outside the rank range when regs end will get screened and will not be able to participate in the tournament
- Staff are not allowed to participate in the tournament, with the exceptions of streamers, commentators, referees, producers and GFX
- Registrations will close on 0:00 UTC+7 October 13th (17 UTC+0 October 12th). Any registrations after this time will not be accepted
- Screening is the process of filtering out players to ensure fairness for participants in the tournament
- In this tournament, we, hosts and admins, will implement both osu!support screening and manual staff screening at the same time
- Appeal is how you give proof for hosts/admins about your legitimacy, so that hosts/admins can consider letting you in the tournament
- Players that get screened by osu!support are unappealable. If a screened player has questions about their screening result, they should contact accounts@ppy.sh
- Players that are screened and allowed to appeal, the deadline for your appeal is October 19th. Appeals that come after that time will not be accepted
- Everyone has to follow the osu!community rules, and have respect towards others
- Hosts and admins have the right to punish any individual that goes against the rules, including disqualification from the tournament
- Cheating, foul play behaviours are not allowed. Any instance of foul play will result in a disqualification, and the bracket might be changed when this happens
- Players must follow instructions from referees, hosts and admins in every match of the tournament
- If you find any suspicious activity of the players in the tournament, please report to hosts/admins as soon as possible (with proofs)

- HCI Village Cup 2 (HCI2) là giải đấu theo hình thức 1v1 chỉ dành cho những người có cờ VN trên profile, chế độ osu! standard
- Rank range của giải đấu là 90k - 999k. Không rank buffer
- Top 3 của HCI Village Cup mùa đầu tiên sẽ không được tham gia giải đấu, bao gồm Festive Axolotl, MyWifeMiku và [-Ebgula-]
- Các trận đấu sẽ được chơi theo thể thức HeadToHead, tính điểm theo ScoreV2 và mod NoFail sẽ được sử dụng ở mọi map

- Player phải nằm trong rank range khi thời gian đăng kí kết thúc. Mọi player nằm ngoài rank range khi thời hạn đăng kí giải đã kết thúc sẽ bị screened và không được tham gia giải đấu
- Các staff (trừ streamer, commentator, referee, producer và GFX) không được phép tham dự giải đấu với tư cách là player
- Link đăng kí sẽ đóng vào lúc 0:00 ngày 13/10 Mọi player đăng kí vào sau thời điểm đó sẽ không được chấp nhận
- Screening là việc lọc những player có dấu hiệu đáng ngờ để đảm bảo tính công bằng cho giải đấu
- Giải đấu sẽ sử dụng cả osu!support screening và screening đến từ staff của giải để đảm bảo công bằng cho các player trong giải đấu
- Appeal, hay kháng nghị screening, là việc bạn đưa ra những bằng chứng giải thích cho việc bạn bị screened, từ đó host/admin sẽ xem xét để cho bạn tham gia giải
- Player bị screen bởi osu!support sẽ không thể appeal, nếu bạn có thắc mắc về lý do mình bị screen, vui lòng email đến accounts@ppy.sh để được nhận hỗ trợ
- Với những player thuộc diện appealable, các bạn sẽ có khoảng thời gian từ lúc kết quả screening được công bố cho đến hết ngày cuối cùng của screening để appeal. Mọi appeal sau khoảng thời gian đó đều không được chấp nhận
- Mọi player và staff đều phải tuân theo luật của osu!community, bao gồm cả việc tôn trọng với những player và staff khác
- Nếu phạm luật (kể cả luật của giải hay osu!community) đều phải nhận những hình thức phạt thích đáng từ host/admin, bao gồm cả việc bị loại khỏi giải
- Các hành vi liên quan đến multiaccount, gian lận đều không được cho phép. Nếu bị phát hiện thì player đó sẽ ngay lập tức bị loại khỏi giải, bracket có thể sẽ bị thay đổi nếu như trường hợp này xảy ra
- Trong match, vui lòng làm theo hướng dẫn của Referee (trọng tài)
- Nếu như bạn phát hiện được trường hợp multiacc/cheat trong giải, vui lòng report lại đến host/admin (kèm theo chứng cứ)
