I don't think this possible, why not check Gameplay aspects influenced by skins or Skinning tutorial (+ skinning support) maybe they have name of the element

Right now this is isn't skinnable. It might get skinnable if some requests it at feature requests, but I doubt it will be skinnable in the near future.
