I don't really like the hitnormal sound. I feel like it is too overpowering too the song.
The offset should be 515. You will need to re-snap the notes and move the other timing sections. (You might want to do this before you look at the rest of the mod. All of the times on the mod are with the adjusted offset.)
The hitsound volume during the kiai times is way too loud. Reduce it down to about 70%.

[Insane]
00:12:327 - Circle should go here. 1/2 Slider should start here: 00:12:515 - . The end of a slider shouldn't land on an important beat.
00:17:202 (1,2,3,4,5) - This star can be made more perfect
00:16:452 (3,4) - Overlap these
