Problem Details: Overall rank keeps going down even with passing songs with rankings moderate or high enough to get pp?

It means that the others are getting more pp than you. Your rank is high enough to experience this, so it's not really a bug :3

If you don't see the map you played in your top two pages of your Top Performance list, then your play gave you less than 1 pp. It isn't about how high the rank is anymore, but about how hard the map is and how accurate you were.
