It's kind of like how cookiezi put it in his AMA after getting banned. It's not like they tried to make their scores unbeatable. They just happen to have so many good scores it would take a lot of time to try to snipe a significant number of them.
I can only imagine. WWW was a bad person to choose imo, a lot of his scores are boring old maps that take a bunch of retries to beat. I guess people only chose him to make you suffer, lol.jesus1412 wrote:

Like other people have been saying, you should just swap to Niko. Not only are his scores more interesting (and fun?) to compete with but it's a static goal that has a cutoff point, unlike players who are continuing to set scores now.
