I searched the forum and read first 3 pages hope my eyes are fine.

As my topic, my English sucks, what I want to describe is something like this.

Maybe we can automatic show faq ,some useful links and helpful messages when language channels are opened. It may avoid people keep asking some questions like "How to play" or "How to download beatmap", especially in language channels.

I second this idea, I do believe there is enough translation work for some languages for this to be possibly implemented?

I vote for having this on the main menu, similar to the site in the lower-left corner, but centred and more noticable (and localized, of course).

If the user is ranked 0, bug them about it with an annoying dialog box.

And stop annoying them after one week of registration. Won't that be good? =p

Or something like active on demand, i.e. it may be active to all users at first but it can be such that the option can be toggled off by the user if he/she so wants it.
