Currently when your viewing local scores (which i always am) you don't see any ratings.

I see. It happened to me aswell. I just like to keep it on local and still be able to see the ratings without having to switch from local to global and back again
the reason it doesn't show the rating stars in local scores if you don't switch from another scoreboard is because local scores don't connect online at all. the local scoreboard doesn't connect online because it doesn't need to and that your client doesn't try to connect to the online scoreboard if you're offline.
