Check "Inherit previous timing settings" if you want to add a timing section. Never untoggle it atlease it is nessecery

It is still correct on my first version. I'm not sure if there are somethings wrong between submission or somethings.

Actually orioncomet, the SB was diff-specific, so it's in the .osu file, not the .osb file

01:13:36 (1,1) - just use whistle .
