you're most likely just hovering the pen too far from the tablet which is a thing a lot of people have issues with during long jumps including me. If not, unless you better elaborate what you mean by lag i doubt anyone can help you
sounds like input delay. are you using aero? and if so do you play windowed or fullscreen?
Are you on Windows 8?
If you're on W7, is Aero (transparent window borders) on? osu! does not like Aero in windowed mode one bit.

last time i'm answering anything in this thread, it's in the wrong subforum to begin with.

Okay, so here's what I want you to do, right click on the desktop and go to "Personalize", then after you do that, scroll down to the theme called "Windows Classic", and use that, that will disable ALL of Aero's features and you shouldn't get input lag after that.
