I noticed that your combo patterns are not consistent in some parts and I tried to follow your way of putting new combos. Check out if this might help you:
[Normal]
00:29:870 (1) - sounds a bit weird, try different timing for the start/end of spinner or try to use silenced hitsounds for this
00:38:180 (1) - remove new combo
00:38:991 (3) - add new combo
00:41:424 (1) - remove new combo
00:42:234 (3) - add new combo
01:18:721 (4) - add new combo
[Hard]
The red time sections right before the 2nd break destroy the time metric. You got 2 red lines followed by a green one. I suggest to move the 2nd red line of each slider to the point where you currently got the green line. Actually you don't need the green line, so you got 2 options then: either you remove the green lines and put the attributes to the 2nd red line, or you move the green line a bit later (to prevent having 2 time sections at the exact time)
On the last of those sliders (00:57:640 (5) ) you should put the 2nd red line to 00:58:451 (1)
This should make the metric work properly after this section.
Anyway, this whole metric stuff isn't affecting the gameplay, you might as well ignore it, if it's confusing you.
[Insane]
00:10:613 (1) - remove new combo
00:12:843 (5) - add new combo
01:04:126 (1) - remove new combo
01:20:951 (8) - this jump feels really sudden (maybe remove the jump, or create the jump from (8) to (1))
01:27:437 (5,6) - add new combo on (5) or (6)
01:28:451 (1) - remove new combo
01:29:464 (4) - add new combo
02:07:368 (2) - add new combo
02:10:612 (2) - add new combo
Also I recommend to put the green lines of the kiai section on spot (start and end of spinner), on spinners you don't have to put green lines some ticks before.

Please add Dr_dy as tag to all diffs (so that his name shows up on the map information page under tags).
There is a problem with your SB:
You should use the Image as background (in top right corner in design editor: "insert background"). You can remove the Image from the SB Background layer then and only keep the Image in foreground layer for the SB effect at the beginning. Also you should unmark "diff specific" (bottom left corner in design editor) so that the SB directly works for all difficulties.
I did not pay much attention to hitsounds, but I think there were some inconsistent sound patterns especially in the [Normal] diff.
Pretty nice map, actually the SBed background is the only major problem.
