the rank is in the middle and the statistics are surrounding it
and the percent is below the achieved rank

but i want it to compatible with skins so we don't have to make a
change or something to our already custom skins and things like that

Anyways, with that out of the way, I really can't support this for a few reasons.

1. There's really no way to do this without messing with custom skins, which is one of the things you asked for.
2. I'm sure there are many people that prefer the current style, myself included, that would not enjoy having the panel look changed on them.

If anything were to change about the ranking panel, the only one I could really get behind would be the ability to define the anchorpoints for the elements. Anything else would be rather silly.
