Steering wheel controller support for CTB

This would be a could feature because it would make CTB a lot more challenging and fun. If you had enough skill, it could be more precise than using a mouse or anything else. (Also because it's funny to see someone whipping a steering wheel around on music game.)

Seems like it would be super hard but just for fun why not!

Btw I don't think most players have a steering wheel.

Moving ryuuta with the wheel. Then the pedal to dash. Would be fun with friends lol

But implementing it wont be pretty effective imo. Since most players don't have a steering wheel at their disposal. (I play with my psp as gamepad :v)
