[osu!stable] Skin stays the same after changing and closing the game.

Problem details:
Idk if the title makes sense but here's my problem. I open osu!, the skin I have is andros edit, I go to change the skin to like Cookiezi 19 or something, I play with the Cookiezi 19 skin, I exit the game WITH the Cookiezi 19 skin, I open the game and the skin has changed back to andros edit automatically. Not a very big problem, but it's very annoying. How can i fix this?

Is this stable or lazer?

In your config file (within your osu! folder) do you have it automatically set to open with that skin?

It's stable. And i thought that was the problem, but after looking in the config file of the skin, there isn't any setting/option that gives that effect.

Edit: I did find it actually. It says Skin = andros edit. So what do i put here to fix it i guess, make it how it was before?

It's stable. And i thought that was the problem, but after looking in the config file of the skin, there isn't any setting/option that gives that effect.

you can change it so say nothing and it'll default to the default skin. Ideally the config should update with each session to resume with last skin used in the game for the next time the game is opened, but lets see if simply changing this does some type of reset on that.

Make sure to do this when osu! is closed, otherwise the game will just overwrite what you have.

Ok so i did what you said and it didn't work. I edited where it says "Skin = andros edit" to be blank, i saved it but it just created another CFG file called osu!.User.cfg. So i have one CFG file(the icon is a notepad) where it says "Skin = andros edit" and another Text Document file(the new file i just saved) where it says "Skin = ". So i have two of these files and i think thats the reason it doesn't do anything. I am also editing the osu!.User file, and when the game is closed.

EDIT: I fixed it! Turns out the file was in read only, so i unchecked that, made the "Skin = " blank and now it works.
