tbh I don't see what the fuss is about, it plays fine with AR9.
The star rating is very inflated due to the last section and doesn't really reflect the actual difficulty of the entire map.

OD and AR have like no relation... But regardless, the diff settings are perfectly fine. AR 9 is perfectly fine for this BPM and even with the difficulty of Fort's Finale it doesn't make the map too busy. There is more than enough room to allow for the highest diff to use difficulty settings that lie outside the spread. Ideally, difficulty settings should be in ascending order for spread-balancing purposes, but that's not a requirement here as there are more than enough difficulties to support a non-linear spread.
If you want to farm some OD 9 maps for pp, you'll have to look elsewhere
. And if you can't read AR 9, then get some reading glasses
