i feel pain in my elbows/triceps when i jack
i have a bad habit of jacking with my elbows instead of wrist and its taking a toll on my performance and is actually causing a lot of pain :(
how do i stop this

I know some players who use elbow power vs wrist so I think its normal.
Changing hand position and posture also works.
Though probably just rest for a day or two on chordjacks and keep going.

You could also check chair to desk height maybe? I used to have wrist/forearm pains because my chair was too low compared to my desk. I know it isn't the same but it might be worth looking into

and then I second arcwin with posture, finding a good one was what helped me the most

A good tip is that you can put your wrist a little bit higher in the same level with your keys, and use your fingers not wrist to do speedjacks.

When you need to do chordjacks, use your wrist and elbow at the same time will work better.(remember to relax! There's no need for you to put so much tension on your wrist or elbow.)
