Problem details:
So a little bit ago I found a bug where everytime I select an audio track on a beatmap no .mp3 files would show up

Android file permissions are kinda wonky at the moment, rest assured that the devs are aware.

Wait I just turned file permissions on and that worked. I must've turned them off when I first got Osu. Probably because I turned it off just in case if I got the wrong Osu (like a fake virus version). Anyway thank you!
