Problem details: is there anyway to make that whenever i minimize my osu, it mutes the song that's playing, and when i maximize osu back, the song gets back to work

You can do this in osu!lazer in the settings, but to my knowledge stable does not support this feature

Stable doesn't have support for this, unfortunately. osu!(lazer) does have separate settings for focused and unfocused volume however.
