I recently spent a week without going to school and during that time I got a lot better, but after that I went to school yesterday and when I got home around 7 pm (I study all day long)I went to play and I was worse, but I still played for 2 hours. Ufortunately I went to play again today and I got even worse, all the skills I had improved regressed two weeks ago (or worse) stamina, pattern read and kps have been completely regressed, I feel like I wasted my time for nothing this last week:/ Do you guys experience this too? Is it normal? If you have any tips on how to solve and avoid this, it would help a lot!

Yes, to me that's normal, the reason for that must be because you have used all of your energy in school which is like what?, 10 hours? and probably burnt out. The same goes for me too, if I don't play osu for at least like 2 days or more I would struggle reading my scroll speed and feel sluggish while playing. I recommend playing the game after a good rest, where your mind is actually just spent on playing the game, rather than thinking of the test you are studying while playing, your mind is getting distracted after all, so I would suggest to focus on what's more important or needs to be done, then you can play without worries.

growth is absolutely not linear, unfortunately. so yes, its extremely common, in fact there's probably only a few anomolies that dont have that decline. it could even happen without a break.

the thing that best makes sense to me is to play charts you're comfortable with in that time, dont focus on pushing or even PBing charts that you could normally. some players decide to use that time to hone in on pure acc, maybe train with Hard Rock, or try a new skillset. end of the day, i urge you to not play if youre tilting or getting upset regarding your ability, its better than forcing yourself to play and burning out, which would lead you to play even worse.

what you warm up on also plays a part in your session, along with redundant things like sleep and stress. everyone is different, so try new things!

Mania requires a lot of efforts and that's quite normal. I usually handle this by spend more time on warm-ups. Another tip is that you can also try some new patterns, and that's a good chance to add things to your skillset!

Remember that Mania is more physical than other modes so its very conditional (Concentration/Reading/ReactionTime + Physical/Stamina of each fingers/wrists). Imo one of the reason why sometimes we get better plays when we didn't play for a long time is because our hands/fingers fully recovered + your excitement to play mania again (which definitely much more conditioned vs who plays daily, tired fingers, and burnt out).
