[skin] Add "Force skin color combo"

I'm pretty much want this. :x

So, my request is to add an option in the skinning part that allows you to use the combo color provided in the skin (probably from the skin, ini)
This option may be very convenient for players who loves their combo color.

Because, skin color only available when we disable the "Disable beatmap skin" in game.
So, they can't use their own color without disabling the skin.

If this option is available, they can use their own color without disabling the skin

Hope someone support this!

If it's such dupe or invalid, i'll gone forever(noes).

You can already do this by adding it in Skin.ini.
[Colours]
Combo1: 255,0,0 // (red)
Combo2: 0,255,0 // (green)
Combo3: 0,0,255 // (blue)
Combo4: 0,0,0 // (black)
// etc. (up to 8)

His (orwhateverthatpersongenderis) point is to force the skin.ini combocolour but the beatmap skin is still retained.

Also i'm pretty sure that white is 255,255,255 and red is 255,0,0 .

Wait... I think it's not really make sense to merge it.
What he want : Own skin, beatmap color
What i want : Beatmap skin, own color
Diffrent. One post one request. Umm, am i wrong?
