For 6k or 4k? At your level fundamentals can be built by aiming for 97% or higher (97% is right about where you stop manipping I believe) if you wanna build something really focus on that one thing for a while and sprinkle in 2 or 3 of something else as a refresher of your other skillsets
If you want something difficult then play something difficulty novel idea I know but seriously just play until you got a good workout in your fingers or mind
