Team wars would be 2-day weekend events where your team has to battle against a random enemy team.
The enemy teams are determined by a team ELO system, where your team will have to face another team with similar ELO. Enemy teams must also have the same amount of players participating in it as your team.
Team Wars work in the following way: On Saturday, players have to make war preparations. They will have to choose any ranked beatmap they want and then set a score on that map. Very important: you can only set one score. There are no second chances. The enemy plays are hidden from all other players until day two. You may choose to add some mods for your play, but not all mods are allowed (memorization, gimmick etc)
On Sunday, the enemy maps are revealed, and players will have 24h to try and get a score on any enemy map. Users may practive that map for however long they want, but they'll have only one chance to set a final score. If they beat the enemy accuracy, your team gets one point. If you fail, your team gets nothing. In case of a tie, your team wins (to prevent bad players fron SSing easy maps and forcing a draw). The attacker must use the mods that the enemy used (but they may swap DT for NC and HT for DC and vice-versa, aswell as traceable and hidden)
In order to prevent repetitiveness, players cannot pick the same map in war for a year.
Team names are hidden until day two to prevent players from choosing maps with skillsets that the enemy sucks at.
The team with the most points wins the war and gets ELO points. The losing team loses ELO. In case of a tie, the team with the highest total accuracy (all team member accuracy combined) wins.
Team leaders will have to choose one of 6 modes that they want their team to be: standard PC, standard mobile, Mania 4K, Mania 7k, Taiko or Catch
