The song is called Junjou Action, by B'z.

I found out by listening to the lyrics. I barely pulled out "boku wa ima koso" and googled it. I found the lyrics, listened to the song with 'em to verify, and the shoe fits. That's always how I find the titles of songs I don't know. :P
