[osu!lazer][mania] Move hp bar to where it is in stable

I find it much easier to monitor my hp when the bar is on the side of the playfield like it is in stable (screenshots below for comparison)


I would like there to be some way to move the hp bar to the side (I tried using the skin editor for this, but wasn't able to make it work well for reasons unrelated to this topic)

it is indeed possible with the skin editor, only a matter of setting up proper anchors

seems like a pretty easy change on the code side too when it comes to the defaults
