Is it possible to let speed be changed mid-song?

Whenever you play multiplayer and get the speed wrong, it screws you over the whole song. At least if you change it you could get back into the groove, yeah?

this is a serious problem and if not fixed, lives could be lost... rip in peace...

Basically this problem would also be solved by always adjusting ur speed while u are still in the lobby, but i also forget this pretty often and know the feeling

Im not sure if peppy would do it, cause it was even possible once upon a time, this option was removed on purpose.

But maybe increase the amount of time we have to adjust it in the game, 5-10 more secs would already be plenty in my opinion.
