How do I make these? (so as to help mod others' beatmaps

Its a header. Simply type "[Text]" and will automatically show after posting it.

Simply type the time by this format: Minute:Second:Millisecond example: 01:20:426
You can also include the numbers of the hitcircle (optionally): Minute:Second:Millisecond (Number) example: 01:20:426 (6)

As vahn10 said, it will only work on the forums under the Beatmaps divider.
