Spectating someone who spectates someone else, causes so-called "chain spectating", that means your spectating will follow spectating of that other person.
If you can't understand:
1. You try to spectate player123 which is playing - you will spectate player123
2. You try to spectate player345 which is spectating user player123 - you will spectate player123
