Ever since I switched to osu!lazer, and making a beatmap. The only problem was there was NO way of exporting it.
After checking multiple videos, it seems that the regular osu! is the fan favorite. Because after like 5 videos of trying to export it, most of the time it doesn't work.
And my best solution was to export it through osu!stable. But another problem is that, I have no idea where to find it or do I need to download it.
So can anyone give my advice?

From the lazer editor file -> Export -> Compatibility (.osz)

Okay, but how do I activate the lazer editor file?

From the Song Selection menu, select the beatmap that you want to edit and click the options button at the bottom and press "edit beatmap" or right click the map and press "edit"
