[question] PP is broken?

Problem details:i almost fced a 4.82 map with high acc and it gave me 62 pp, meanwhile i didnt fc a 4.73 map with only half combo and same acc and got 79pp, the 4.82 map is 2:09 long and the 4.73 is 1:27 long

Star Rating isn’t always indicative of the amount of PP a map is worth, it’s more of a rough guideline.

There are countless other factors taken into account when calculating the PP value of a map such as length, angles, distance and of course things like the CS, AR, OD and much much more.

The more you play the more you’ll notice this but just keep in mind that higher star rating doesn’t always equal higher PP.

Not always is star rating what gives most pp, is the harder the map or the patterns with it that give the amount of pp that you need.

I'd reccomend using browser extensions or certain websites that can help you in searching what maps give the pp you want :3
