It might just be a permissions issue on the server. The forum looks fine to me.
This has been happening to users randomly....Oh and this isn't the place to post this...next time post something like this at Tech Board

Random users experience this at random times man......Hopefully usually the system fixes it by itself so..
Here we go again with the crazy permissions. Another hotfix will be done for this...
