[technical support] How To Recover My Beatmaps

I backed up the osu files before resetting my computer to factory settings, but I think I accidentally backed up encrypted files. How can I recover all my beatmaps with these files?

Looks like you backed up everything? Should be enough to copy all of the files you have back to the lazer directory. Or are you saying that isn't working for you?

Where is the lazer directory? And i want to recover to osu stable, not lazer please.

%appdata%/osu is the default location of it. There’s also a button to open the directory in the game itself, in settings.

The screenshot you attached shows a backed-up lazer folder. You can’t restore that to stable sorry. If you want to restore a stable install you need a backup of a stable install.
