Where to send replays to cpol?

I just got my very first 200pp play today (like, barely an hour from posting this), and I want to try and send it to cpol to have a chance for it to show up on his secondary channel, however unlikely that is. However, I can't see how or where I'm supposed to go in order to submit that. Or is it a Discord-only kind of thing?

I believe it is on discord, but he isn't going to be posting a HR FC on a map with 2 3mod FCs in any case

I would submit it due to it being my first 200pp play more than it being super-difficult.
