im just a,at best, 4.9 star player (4.6/4.7 star player at worst) why is my reccomended difficulty 5.21? do note i tend to go for S ranks over A ranks so, because most ppl go for A ranks for new hardest, the game trreat me like i go for A rank and think 5.2 star level but i want confirm from other ppl PRO GAMER

Maybe it's gotta do with rank? My recommended diff is 5.37 despite me being bad & rusty at the game now.
Yea my recommended diff is at like 5.5 which I could NEVER do even when I was not hella rusty. It's always when I play a higher variety of songs/new song, which is just incredibly silly.
recommended difficulty is based off of your top 100 i'm pretty sure, so if you play pretty much any farm maps it's gonna be inaccurate. mine is 8.4*, even though i rarely go above 7.5*.
