Im using the latest version of osu lazer (as of 13/12/2024), and my debug menu is gone and i can't clear up my cached memory, which causes massive amounts of lag.

These were removed intentionally as they were debug options for a reason. I'd suggest trying to figure out the source of your lag rather than relying on cache clears.
