move the background in the ranking-panel 22 px down so there is no excess image that overlaps with the header

There are tendencies that other people are using osu! at high-res. It's quite better to leave it as is.

But, after all, it's the OP's decision.

@OP: please check the ranking letters. They're in the same situation as the ranking panel.
