although i will say that using a 16:10/16:9 aspect ratio makes jumps easier.
edit: i just realized this is taiko. well im dumb. it really is all preference in taiko

Personally using widescreen is better for me because the notes arent HUGE compared to the playfield.
Taiko needs curtains though, similar to IIDX.

For taiko, its all about what is your preference and what seems fit for you.
I play at *checks* 1366 x 1768 which is actually fullscreen for me.
