I see this everywhere and I wanted to do it too, but I do not know how. Can someone help me?

How to make a Guest Difficulty (GD):
  1. The GDer has to download the map, then use the editor to make their own difficulty.
  2. After the difficulty has been made they need to send it to the owner of the map.
  3. The owner of the map will then include the GD in their map and update the set via the editor.
  4. Afterwards the Owner will assign the GD ownership on the website (screenshot), this is done via the "discussion" panel of the set.
In case of a collab, multiple owners can be assigned to a difficulty.

In case you meant to ask"how do I get people to make a GD for my map" or "where can I find maps to make a GD for":
Beatmap Projects: community/forums/53
This is the place where mappers post their sets so that others can join.
Here you can post your own set, or join someone elses set.

Modding Queues: community/forums/60
As the name suggests, the main focus here is modding, but even still, there are queues that allow for GD requests.
So if you're looking to get a GD for your map, this would be the place where you can make requests to queue owners directly.
Just keep in mind the queues rules, not every queue is open for requests/some even have their own preferences too.

A collab works essentially the same as a GD, just that more mappers are involved.
How to make a GD:
  1. Map owner times the song and divides it in parts
In song compilations the parts are usually divided by the songs.
  2. Map owner uploads the map.
  3. Collab mappers now make their respective parts and submit it to the maps owner.
  4. The owner now puts all parts together in a single difficulty and uploads that.
  5. The map owner sets the collab participants as co-owners of the difficulty (as described in my above post)
Many collabs do include a list of parts/who did what in the maps descriptions ome maps also include a storyboard, so that it will be visualised during gameplay who mapped the respective part that is currently being played.
As example for the above description/storyboard you can look at my map here: beatmapsets/1719919 (taiko mode)
